Have you ever had a news film crew on-site? There are some simple things you can do to ensure you emerge positively from the experience.
First might be to invest in a big bottle of Grecian 2000 as you're bound to sprout a few grey hairs during the filming!
Next you will want to be really clear what it is they want to film and what if anything they want to talk about. This is your chance to think through how you want to be seen and what key messages you want to place before the type of people who will watch the programme the filming is for. Once you've decided stick with it, don't be tempted to add more in to your answers it will just confuse the audience - at most you leave an audience with just three bits of information.
